Book Bites Reviews

The Girl Who Circumnavigated Fairyland In A Ship Of Her Own Making
by Catherynne Valente
Review by Tessa
The book is about fantasy, friendship and surprise. September believes that her life is boring so she ventures into Fairylands, ruled by the Marquess. My favorite part is when September meets A through L. You should read this book because you will fall in love with it.

Witch World
by Christopher Pike
Review by Paige
A girl, who knows she is a witch, is on her way to Los Angeles. I like when she says she is a witch. I recommend this book to anyone who likes action.

Feed
by M.T. Anderson
Review by Tori
Feed is set in the future when everyone has a chip inserted in their brain that acts as both a computer and television. The main character falls in love with a girl who has only recently received her chip. My favorite part was when the narrator used the word "unit" as slang where we would use words like "dude", "yo" or "what's up". I recommend this book because it is so sad.
